At Frogman, we strive to be fair but firm while following the high standards of Havelock’s top dive centers. This approach helps us ensure a smooth and reliable experience for all our guests.
Refunds are calculated based on the total booking value. The breakdown is as follows:

| 7 to 29 Days Prior | 50% Refund |
| Less than 7 Days / 48 Hours | No Refund |
| No Show | No Refund |
*Refunds will be processed after deducting a 5% administrative/payment gateway fee and any applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) charges.
Dec 15 – Jan 15: Due to extremely high demand in Havelock, No Refunds are accepted for any cancellations made for bookings during this period.
If we cancel a dive due to unfavorable weather, equipment failure, or safety concerns, guests are offered a Full Refund or the option to Reschedule at no extra cost.
If a guest is found medically unfit during the on-site briefing (and cannot produce a doctor's clearance), we reserve the right to offer a partial refund or credit for future use, subject to equipment costs already incurred.
