I’m Suchit, the founder of Frogman Scuba Diving. My journey to Havelock Island started back in 2017 when I was a stock market trader living the corporate life on the mainland. One visit to this island changed everything — and honestly, I didn’t even know how to swim.
But the underwater world captivated me so deeply that I made a decision that surprised everyone around me — I left it all behind. Starting from absolute zero, I taught myself to swim, earned my Open Water certification, and kept pushing until I became a PADI Scuba Instructor through years of daily practice in these incredible Andaman waters.
That personal journey — from nervous non-swimmer to professional instructor — is exactly why I built Frogman the way I did. I know what it feels like to be scared of the water. I know the moment when fear turns into wonder. And I wanted to create a dive centre where anyone, regardless of experience, could have that same life-changing experience.
