Scuba Diving Instructor job at Frogman: Havelock Island, full-time, any certification agency, teach courses and lead dives

Frogman is a dive centre on Havelock Island (Swaraj Dweep), and one of the most reviewed dive shops in the Andamans. We are adding an instructor to the team.

Most of the people you will teach have never breathed underwater before, and plenty of them cannot swim. If that sounds like your kind of teaching, read on.

What you will do

  • Teach certification courses, from first-timers to divers going professional
  • Lead guided dives at our sites: Nemo Reef, Tribe Gate, Red Pillar, Lighthouse, Juvi's and more
  • Run the same safety checks on the last dive of the day as on the first
  • Look after guests on the boat and on the beach, not only underwater

Who we are looking for

  • Active dive instructor certification from any recognised agency
  • Able to explain a skill three different ways until it clicks
  • Safety first, on every dive, with no shortcuts
  • A commitment of at least 1 year
  • You want to live on an island, not just visit one

We do not mind which agency you trained with. Apply anyway.
