This section outlines our policies to protect you legally regarding safety and liability. Please read carefully before booking.

1. Health & Safety Requirements

Medical Form

All divers must complete and sign a Medical Statement and Liability Waiver before entering the water. Your safety is our top priority.

Pre-existing Conditions

If you answer "Yes" to any condition on the medical form (e.g., Asthma, Heart Issues, Epilepsy), you must present a medical certificate signed by a doctor stating you are fit to dive. Without this clearance, you will not be permitted to dive.

Age Limits

Discover Scuba Identity (Beginners): Minimum age is 10 years.
Certification Courses: Minimum age is 12 years.

2. General Rules

🚫 Alcohol Policy

Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited before diving. We reserve the right to refuse service without a refund if a guest appears intoxicated.

Environment Protection

Frogman is committed to reef protection. Touching, breaking, or collecting coral is strictly forbidden. We operate with a strict "Look but Don't Touch" policy to preserve the underwater ecosystem.

Flying After Diving

For your safety to prevent decompression sickness, you must wait at least 18–24 hours after your last dive before flying. Please plan your travel itinerary accordingly.
