This is 60 days of diving every day. You live on the island, you're in the water constantly, and by the end you're assisting with student instruction and leading guided dives. You leave with 60+ logged dives and every certification you need to work professionally — packed into two months instead of two years.

One fee covers your entire certification journey — from the first Open Water pool session to the final Divemaster sign-off. No hidden add-ons, no surprise fees for equipment or materials mid-course.
The Zero to Hero program begins from absolute zero — you do not need any prior diving experience. What you do need is the time, the commitment, and a basic level of swimming fitness. The program is designed to take care of everything else.
The program is structured in four phases, each building on the last. The pace is intensive but manageable — every phase has built-in rest days and the schedule adapts to weather and individual learning pace.
Yes — completely. Zero to Hero starts from scratch. Your first ever underwater breath will be in the pool during your Open Water confined water sessions. The program is specifically designed for people with no prior scuba experience. All you need is the ability to swim and the commitment to stick with it for 60 days.
PADI Divemaster is a globally recognised professional rating — you can work as a dive guide, assistant instructor, or staff at PADI or RAID dive centres worldwide. Andaman, Southeast Asia, Maldives, Red Sea, Caribbean — the card opens doors everywhere. Frogman provides career referrals to top graduates and occasionally hires from our own ZTH cohort.
Accommodation is not included in the course fee but we actively help you find and book it before you arrive. Long-stay monthly rentals on Havelock Island typically cost ₹15,000–26,000/month. We connect all Zero to Hero students with trusted local landlords and guesthouse owners near the dive centre.
PADI charges a professional registration fee of approximately USD 150 (₹12,500) for Divemaster certification — this is paid directly to PADI and is not included in our course fee. All other certification fees (Open Water, Advanced, EFR, Rescue Diver) are included in your Zero to Hero price.
Yes — we can customise the program to start from wherever you are. If you're already Open Water certified, you skip Week 1 and begin with Advanced. If you're already Advanced, you start at Week 3. The price adjusts accordingly. Contact us to discuss a custom entry path based on your current certifications.
The 60-day timeline is a guide, not a strict deadline. Learning pace varies between individuals and weather can occasionally affect dive schedules. We build flexibility into the program — if you need an extra week to complete certain assessments, we accommodate that. The goal is a confident, competent Divemaster, not a tick-box exercise.
The listed price of ₹1,70,000 excludes GST. 18% GST is applicable as per Indian government regulations, bringing the total to ₹2,00,600. Your invoice will show the full breakdown for any reimbursement or business claims.

I'd never dived before. Eight weeks later I was leading fun dives. It sounds implausible from the outside but you're diving every day — the progression that takes most people years happens fast when you're fully in it.

The Rescue Diver week is the toughest part of the program. You're already tired from weeks of diving, and then you're doing towing drills on top of it. But that's why it matters — by the time you hit the DM internship, you're already thinking about safety before someone else tells you to.
