Welcome to Frogman Scuba. We are a dive center based in Havelock Island (Swaraj Dweep). Since starting in 2023, we have become one of the most reviewed dive shops in the Andamans. We have over 1,600+ reviews and a perfect safety record.
We train under two agencies. We are a RAID Certified Dive Center, but our team also includes experienced PADI Certified Instructors. So you get solid training whichever certification you pick.
In 2017, our founder Suchit was living a very different life. He worked in stock market trading and was surrounded by numbers, deadlines, and city stress. He came to Havelock Island for a simple holiday, but he never really left.
The clear water and slow pace of island life got to him. He decided to leave the corporate world and stay.
“I didn’t even know how to swim”
Many of our guests ask us if they need to be expert swimmers to dive. Suchit is the best example that you do not need to worry. When he first arrived, he could not swim.
He started learning from scratch in these very waters. Through daily practice and discipline, he went from a non-swimmer to an Open Water diver. He did not stop there. He continued his training to become a professional Scuba Instructor.
Because of this journey, we understand our guests better than anyone else. We know what it feels like to be nervous. We also know how amazing it feels to overcome that fear and discover the underwater world.
We believe diving should be safe, relaxing, and fun. We do not rush you, and we do not treat you like a number.
As a RAID center, we focus on precision skills like neutral buoyancy. We also host experienced PADI instructors. Either way, you get thorough training and high safety standards.
We strictly follow a “No Kneeling” policy to protect our delicate reefs. Instead of resting on the sand, we teach you to control your body position perfectly and see corals up close without touching or damaging them.
We keep groups small. For introductory dives, we maintain a strict 1:1 instructor ratio. Your instructor stays right next to you the whole time.
