Emergency First Response is an internationally recognized CPR and First Aid training organization. The course focuses on building confidence in lay rescuers (that’s you!) to step in when faced with a medical emergency.

1. Primary Care (CPR)
Focuses on life-threatening emergencies. You will learn:
Scene Assessment & Barrier Use (Gloves/Masks).
CPR: Chest compressions and rescue breaths (practice on a mannequin).
AED Use: How to use an Automated External Defibrillator.
Choking management (Conscious and Unconscious).
Serious Bleeding management.
2. Secondary Care (First Aid)
Focuses on injuries or illnesses that are not immediately life-threatening. You will learn:
Injury Assessment.
Illness Assessment.
Bandaging and Splinting for dislocations and fractures.
