Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Frogman, we strive to be fair but firm, adhering to the high standards of Havelock's top dive centers to ensure the best experience for all our guests.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

30 Days or More Prior 100% Refund*
7 to 29 Days Prior 50% Refund
Less than 7 Days / 48 Hours No Refund
No Show No Refund

*Minus a 5% administrative/payment gateway fee.

⚠️ Peak Season Policy (Crucial)

Dec 15 – Jan 15: Due to extremely high demand in Havelock, No Refunds are accepted for any cancellations made for bookings during this period.

2. Cancellation by Frogman

Weather & Safety

If we cancel a dive due to unfavorable weather, equipment failure, or safety concerns, guests are offered a Full Refund or the option to Reschedule at no extra cost.

Medical Fitness

If a guest is found medically unfit during the on-site briefing (and cannot produce a doctor's clearance), we reserve the right to offer a partial refund or credit for future use, subject to equipment costs already incurred.
